My daughter (soon to be 6 year old) has this spots all over her body specially on legs and hand.
some are due to mosquito bites
I thought it will fade away as time pass by but they are not lightning at all.
I try to protect her from mosquito but it's not enough.

the child is having recurrent skin infection further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for  more details if required . 
Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...

Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free 
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment 
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily

Wash area often with lukewarm water 
Wash hands often before
