Hello ma’am Worms are not only because of eating sweets or chocolates or anything like that there could be various reasons for it..Sometimes have you seen kids eating dirt and mud and all these things that is also one reason for the same and there could be others as well so I’m just going to advise you to monitor your child’s habits and consult a doctor for a proper course of medication
