#asktheexpert my daughter is one year old now... her weight is 9kg... Can I start cow milk? if yes, in what quantity?

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Yes u can. First make sure the source is trusted and u can get unadulterated cows milk. Start with few spoons on the first day, see if it suits ur baby. Then u may gradually increase the amount on consecutive days. Dont add anything to the milk.
