#asktheexperts can I start cow milk now? if yes then how much quantity should I give her in a day?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl2 years agoA. It is recommended to feed either breastmilk Or formula milk to the baby till atleast 1 year as cow milk is heavy to digest and does not contain all the essential proteins and other nutrients which are required for healthy growth and development of the baby. During the entire day, feed 5-6 times and include semi solid foods thrice a day.
