#AskTheExpert My baby is 3 months old... I think my breast milk is not sufficient for her.. can I give her cow milk ?? if yes in how much quantity

A. It is not recommended to give sny kind of milk except breastmilk or formula to the baby till atleast 1 year. These are difficult to digest and feeding cow milk at this age may cause indigestion, vomiting and loss of appetite. If breastmilk is not enough, give formula milk. You should feed 90 to 110 ml milk per serving and 6-7 times a day.
