#AskTheExpert My daughter is having frequent stomach upsets, especially during summer, almost every month. Any specific reasons, and any diet to be followed.

If u are bottle feeding ur baby, then stop giving bottle. It is the major source of infection in stomach. Also clean the toys before giving. Wash hands frequently. Putting dirty hands or things in mouth causes stomach problems.
Give easily digestable food like khichdi, rice curd, soup, daal ka rice, sooji, apple, Banana etc
