first ,some basic things ,i advise to ensure ,like :
- ensure your child's dressing should be weather appropriate.
- avoid giving too oily ,cold and sugary food items frequently .
- avoid frequent variation in temperature
- keep your child head and ears covered well.
- ensure he or she should be hydrated enough.
