Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination.
Application of calagfmine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done  for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Maintain hygiene 
Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free 
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes 
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
