#asktheexpert My daughter is 2 year. What should her diet be made up of? We are non vegetarians.

A. Dear ma’am , you can give egg omelette, chicken soup, fish etc.. make sure to include leafy greens and millets weekly twice. Provide adequate water. Limit the milk intake to less than 500ml per day
