ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. hello ma'am do not worry about this you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to appear in the mouth of the baby if there is no teeth by that time then you will have to visit a dentist.

this is fine teething start at around 6-15months..
start with calcarea phosphorus a homeopathy medicine for teething..
