#AskTheExpert my daughter don't eat proper solid food till now and as she is a premature baby she is underweight too. at this age she is 10 kgs. So what should I do to encourage her to eat solid food..??

Sit together and eat together. Most babies follow what they see their parents are doing or eating. Give meal in the gap of 2-3 hour . Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength. Also give weight gaining food like paneer oats eggs soyabean pulses cheese etc.
