#AskTheExpert my child's immunity is low and he doesn't try anything new also he does not eat fruits can you suggest something he is vegetarian

dont worry
try to knead the dough with vegetables and give it like paratha or thepla,
mix vegetable dal khichdi
add fruit in yogurt
can give in milkshakes
gradually he will learn
