Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! By 2.5 - 3 years babies start speaking sentences, around 100-150 words Recognizing things , responding to commands, replying.
If you observe baby is not speaking words,no eye contact,not mingling with kids; not responding to commands then consult developmental pediatrician or speech therapist.
