#AskTheExpert my boy is 3.2 years old. has fever today. gave him meftal p at 7pm and now at 12.30 still has fever sir. when can I give next 5ml to him. pl guide

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatoryf process in body so you can give pdaracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
