Hello ma’am I’ll try to notice maybe your child is having some itchiness or problem in the scalp which is why your child is probably just pulling out its hair like that. So just try to figure that out but if that is not the reason then it could be some other problems it would be best that for the time being you get your child’s head shaved off completely so that things will become better with time automatically
