#AskTheExpert My baby is six months old. Mostly breastfed and have just started giving him solids. Should I start giving him water and if yes how ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, definitely start offering few sips of water now, You may start with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time.
