#asktheexpert My baby is not latching without nipple shield. My nipples.were flat initially so I started using nipple shield, now.my nipples.are little elongated but still he is not latching, how can I make him latch without nipple shield.andis using nipple shield for a long time causes any issue

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. see the baby directly from breast in the beginning baby may not take but once there is milk coming baby starts sucking For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
