#AskTheExpert Hi doctor , I delivered on Saturday . My baby is not latching nipple . As I have flat nipple .. can I use nipple shield. ?

Yes you can use
No need to worry
Squeeze your nipple frequently
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give adequate feeding
Maintain hydration
