#asktheexpert my baby is going to 5 months in 3 days,he show a sign ready for solid so what to do?

A. dear Mum, solids should I introduced only after completion of 6 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months
