Q.
#AskTheExpert My baby is almost 2 months old now. If he sleeps 4 plus hours after a good breastfeed session , is that ok? Or should i wake him up after 4 hours to nurse ? Does the sleep window extends with time?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. yes it is fine to let the baby sleep for maximum 3 to 4 hours without feeding if baby is feeding properly and urinating at least 8 to 10 times in a day then nothing to worry about

she should be given the vreast feed as per her demand
you may eake her up after three hours but not before that
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
