Hello, their are many reasons for dark green color stool ...
If your baby is on iron supplements than his/her poop can be dark green in color.
If the baby is fed with certain food substance like-  green vegetables like spinach, peas, beans or broccoli in the form of purees or soups, the poop can be green. 
Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop.
Imbalance in foremilk and hind milk also causes green stools.
If green poop with foul smelling than it indicates some bacteria infection...if so kindly Consult your doctor. t
