if you are still breast feeding then feed frequently as breast milk gives hydration, nutrition and comfort to child.
give curd, curd with soft cooked rice, mashed banana are good for stomach
give frequent soft semi liquid foods ones which are preferred by the child like light khichadi.
for hydration keep feeding ors after every stool and can give coconut water
use Clean safe water for preparation of food.
maintain proper hygiene, hand wash with soap after and before feeding also for baby.
consult doctor if required.
