#AskTheExpert my baby is 4 years old and he has slight white patch on his face which appears in winters and disappears in summers. please advice do we need to consult dermatologists

A. hi, it happens due to dryness. have you changed soap or cream recently? give lots of liquids to the baby, it will help. apply coconut oil/ mustard oil on the body to let the skin absorb the moisture. use moisture Rick soap like Bioderma atoderm for bath, it would help.

A. yes pls do so should see a pediatrician for this as it need s to be seen and also need s after an exami nation any treatment can be given for this condition . . .
