#AskTheExpert My baby is 3 months old and I have never seen tears in his eyes while crying. Is it a matter of concern? He cries alot but never shed a single tear. What can I do for it?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. baby is 3 months old and it is normal what you are mentioningBaby should be given only breast milk till 6 mnths of age as breast milk has natural antibodies for baby s immunity and IQ development.
