#asktheexpert My baby is 3 months old and cries a lot.He doesn't go to anyone except me. Is there any reason?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. your child is having colic which is causing such behaviour.
colic is quite common in children before 6 months of age.
the usually start after 3 weeks of age.
you can give drops gastica or colicaid to the child 0.5 ml if the child is crying for more than 15 to 20 minutes due to colic pain.
limb cycling movements as well as tummy time will help.
to prevent colic pain fkindly do burping for 15 to 20 minutes after every feed and do not keep the child back on the bed after 1 burping because all the gas is not removed after one burping.

Basically it’s a very common situation situation with kids because they’re playing onto their mother anyways from the time of birth and second could be when they start to have their teeth it can really be a trouble for kids so that is why they cling on to them other more and more
