Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is 3 month old and he is making noise while breathing, is it symptom of cold? . We are giving saline nasal spray as per Dr suggested. is that fine? I have attached his recent blood test report. please suggest

A. Baby Stuffy Nose Medicine Saline solution is the only safe nasal spray for babies, infants, and toddlers. To use saline solution, lay the baby down on their back and, if possible, slightly tilt their head back (don't force it, though). Then spray two to three drops of saline spray into each nostril.
