Neha DixitMom of a 4 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. I am also facing the same problem but I think it is just because of weather heat. Give daily bath and use good Moisturizer of baby.

U can apply baby himalya calamine lotion on the face. This will help to get rid of the pimples. Also keep the skin clean and dry.
Also make sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby. U can buy#Babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
