small pimples on my baby girl face very small 6 pimples (fodli or garmi) she 21 days old today it's normal?

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom This is milia on the baby face which will disappear on its own within few weeks. so no need to worry. u can apply himalaya calamine lotion on the face. This will help to clear the skin sooner. take care and all the best
