#AskTheExpert my baby is 2.4 years old but he is still not speaking. He understands everything knows all the colours and counting and alphabets and other relevant things but don't speak even words like mama or paani...although he used to speak a lot of words while he was as young as 8 months old. What should I do he even hears the slightest of noise but doesn't speak or talk.

A. child is 2.4 years with no speaking properly it would be better if you you ask your doctor regarding this doctor will guide you properly and then accordingly you can decide for the management for this thanks
