#AskTheExpert my baby is 18 months old, but he don’t want to eat food more than 3-4 spoon? What can u do? Please help

Hello mom firstly don’t force the child to eat if he is not willing to .. ignore at times ones hungry they will eat better also try to involve the child in some form of physical activity that helps to feel them hungry. Avoid unnecessary snacks in between meal time and make the meal time fun and interesting
