#AskTheExpert my baby is 15 days old ..his placenta is fell down on 10the day of birth ...but neval is still wet n bloody ..what to do ?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can just wipe off with a soft clean cotton that will help. if not then see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Please apply the powder given by the doc to apply there to prevent any infection and let it dry fast. Please visit doc and get it properly checked up and further follow up.
Till it dries, it is kind of open wound and leads to infection that's why anti bacterial powder is given by the doc..
