A. Feed the baby on demand as babies can't keep themselves hungry...a gap of two to three hours between feeds should be fine in the night the gap can be a little longer feed the baby well on one side till empty and then switch to the other side feed the baby well on both sides avoid stress as stress can reduce breast milk supply To increase Breast milk skin to skin contact while breastfeeding regulates and improves the hormones that promote lactation The more the baby latches the more milk production Grind mishri fennel seeds and cumin separately take equal quantity of each powder mix and have a teaspoon with warm milk three times a day Include dry fruits ghee full cream milk cumin papaya carrots makhana kheer black currant green leafy vegetables etc in your daily diet Take a teaspoon of jeera with water in the evening Avoid stress as stress can reduce breast milk supply Drink lots of water and a glass of water before feeding the baby as being hydrated is the key to breast milk supply
