in the night the gap can be a little longer
feed the baby well on one side till empty and then switch to the other side
feed the baby well on both sides
avoid stress as stress can reduce breast milk supply
To increase Breast milk skin to skin contact while breastfeeding regulates and improves the hormones that promote lactation
The more the baby latches the more milk production
Grind mishri fennel seeds and cumin separately
take equal quantity of each powder mix and have a teaspoon with warm milk three times a day
Include dry fruits ghee full cream milk cumin papaya carrots makhana kheer black currant green leafy vegetables etc in your daily diet
Take a teaspoon of jeera with water in the evening
Avoid stress as stress can reduce breast milk supply
Drink lots of water and a glass of water before feeding the baby as being hydrated is the key to breast milk supply
