#asktheexpert my baby is 11 months and does not drink water at all. how can I make him drink water. I tried different way like glass, spoon, bottle, sipper

till 1 year of age infats do depends more on bm pr fm to keep hydrate..
u can offer him watet in bettwen n during meals.

try to offer other fluids like soup, coconut water, buttermilk etc
offer few spoons of water at regular intervals of 2 or 3 hours
if child passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day then no need to worry
