please do the following things:
set rule for your whole family ,that don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
gradually decrease the screen time.
tell stories to your child for this which explain the harmful effects of seeing mobile while meal time.
give positive reward like sticker of star smiles etc whenever your child follow this.
