My baby boy is 8 months old, he has sudden fever with cold along with febrile seizures for a minute in 15 days back. Now there's no fever but cold was not cured from then along with since 2 days there is cough as well. For cold and cough using drops as well but not cured yet. could you suggest medication to cure?

This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.

Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with mxilk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink 
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor 
paracetamol for fever and pain.

If the medication that you are using currently is not helping then you should consult with your doctor and seek for an alternative. In general if the cold or cough was caused by a bacterial infection then an antibiotic could help. If they are due to viral infection then it will have to cure on its own.
