Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infgection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestfant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

It Could possibly be due to some infection or allergy that your child may be suffering from sweet would really be very important that you please get it checked in that manner in terms of infection or allergy because then only you can come to know the correct reason behind it
