A. you can give gastica drop 1ml to 3 times in a day and if pain is there then meftal spas drops can be given 1 ml if there is pain .

A. you just need to ensure that you are helping your baby by massaging over the stomach 15 minutes prior to feeding the baby keep the head elevated when feeding the baby which will be helpful for the baby
