#AskTheExpert My 7 months old boy baby often suffering from constipation as i have started solid foods for him.Though he is drinking water still getting constipation and crying.Kindly day the home remedies for this problem.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. So offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food. Add veggies n fruits in weaning food. Give sips of water after giving solids to moisten poop. tc .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Offer your baby a small amount of water or a daily serving of 100% apple, prune or pear juice in addition to usual feedings. These juices contain sorbitol, a sweetener that acts like a laxative.
