Q.

#AskTheExpert My 7 month 20 days old baby does not like to eat solids much. I mean how to make him eat solids happily? I feel he is more into playing and activeness and is not receiving the nutrition he should. He takes small meals atleast 4-5 times a day with milk included in between but does not eat even half katori meals. Should I worry??

A. Hi parent Keep her hydrated. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't wake her up though) Don't use RO water
