#AskTheExpert my 6 year baby girl have both breast increase in their size their is no pain and no swelling is it any problem.

A. it is physiological . No need to worry for this it is a normal thing in babies at this age . And there is no need of any medicine . But if problem remains and you feed some abnormal thing in baby then need to consult near by doctor .
