#asktheexpert my 4 month baby is just 4.5 kg what should I do? He is not gaining weight. Why so

A. Child should be at least minimum of 2 kg more than the birth rate by completing the age of four months if that is the situation then it is a healthy weight gain nothing is needed to be done that means your breastfeed is enough but the child is not gaining weight hasn’t gained a minimum of two also then in that case you can give combination feeding of breast and formula
