#asktheexpert my son is not gaining weight.. he is 12 kg from last 4 months. please suggest.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom toddlers after the age one they tend to triple their birth weight and then yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs a little variation is acceptable as far as they are active for their age and eating well

Children may not grow consistently they grow in spurts
You can add caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut, egg avocado paneer cheese to baby's recipes for Healthy weight gain
