Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. b a Cough and cold may be due to viral flu or seasonal changes . Steam can be started at home as a home remedy . If cough is severe then medicine like ascoril can be given .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because of low immunity. so first focus on boosting your child immunity. give healthy diet which contains green veggies, citrus fruits , nuts, pulses, dairy products etc keep your child well hydrated. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day
