My 3 months old son has white patches on leg and bum area(since 1.5 months). initially the skin looked pinkish with uneven bumps(similar to how we get goosebumps) later it turns to white spot.

I moisturize daily religiously. please advise.before on face and after on leg pictures attached.

there are multiple causes of hypopigmentation in the skin. it is important to find the cause only if the intensity of hypopigmentation is increasing asd well as it is spreading on the surface of the skin.
do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which might aggravated the condition and then meet your doctor because the treatment for such problems last long and accurate diagnosis needs to be maintained for proper treatment
