#AskTheExpert My 20 days old gets gas problem every other day. when she is on carmicide she keeps fine or whole day she struggle with gas problem. I give 0.3ml once at night. how long can I Continue giving carmicide drops? Are there any side effects of it?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. only on SOS basis not regularly just try to improve this by burping properly after feeding and give Himalaya bonnisan drops to the baby for a better digestion little tummy time
