as a first aid,I would suggest to apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child which help to cure this faster
you can prepare decotion of warm water, cumin seeds and ajwain seeds, pinch of turmeric powder and salt, give it in 5 tbsp quantity twice in a day
