#AskTheExpert My 14 month old is not eating properly. eat a little and then plays. she wants to breastfeed most of the time. her upper canines are also coming. what can I do the reduce breast milk and make her eat food?

A. Hi, Give your breastmilk when baby needed sleep. Else give puree food like suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups dal ka pani etc. Sit together and eat together. Most babies follow what they see their parents are doing or eating. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength
