#asktheexpert My 10 mo baby has got small red spots on her cheeks and hands. What can it be ? I have checked for mosquitoes, there isn’t any. Is it any kind of allergy?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Seems like Erythema toxicum is another common newborn rash. It looks like red blotches with ill-defined borders that are slightly raised, and may have a small white or yellow dot in the center. Its cause is unknown, and it resolves without treatment after a few days or weeks.
