DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and he is having red spots on his cheeks so mostly mosquitoes bite marks or an allergic rash so apply aloe cream at night and coconut oil at day times

Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Stay hydrated
Burp well after every feeding
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
