babies get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 36 months.
so don't worry and wait for some time, remaining all milk teeth will erupt eventually in due course of time.
as teeth have erupted start brushing your kid's teeth twice daily using silicone finger toothbrush.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for babies first tooth eruption is important, after that rest of the denture comes out on its own without any hassle. But if you feel,any problem I ou can consult with your paediatric.
